IT Project Manager
iPSL is a cheque processing organisation, providing services to many of the UK's major banks. Within the IT and Business Change departments I planned and delivered multiple changes to the iPSL IT infrastructure, help desk and support structures to migrate a major bank's cheque processing to new platforms and locations, within a matrix managed ITIL, Prince2 environment. I also directed build and test of the associated Disaster Recovery facilities.
